Cancellation Policy

Booking & Group Details: Our trips have a maximum group size of 12 guests and are led by 2 Great Laurel Adventures staff members, along with local guides for specific activities. We welcome solo travelers, pairs, and small groups to join our adventures. Payment & Cancellation Policy: A $500 deposit is required at booking, with the full balance due by October 1st, 2025. For cancellations, we offer a full refund minus a $150 fee if your spot can be filled from our waitlist. If the spot remains unfilled, the full deposit will be forfeited. Accommodation: We can arrange shared room accommodations for solo travelers. Additional days can be added before or after the main trip dates for those who wish to extend their stay. **Important Requirements: All participants must have a valid passport that doesn't expire before May 22nd, 2026. The trip includes a volcano hike that requires adequate fitness to complete an 8-mile round trip with a 3,500ft elevation change.
