Itinerary:

Day 1 - Saturday:

Arrive at Guatemala City Airport. Professional shuttle service to Antigua (1.5 hr drive). Welcome dinner at an authentic local restaurant. Evening exploration through the historic city center.

Day 2 - Sunday:

Morning yoga session (all levels welcome). Full breakfast at the hotel. Coffee Plantation Tour with Expert Guide - Learn Harvesting and Roasting Techniques. Free time for lunch. Afternoon: Choose between a guided historic tour or exploring Antigua's museums and colonial ruins independently. Evening is free for dinner.

Day 3 - Monday:

Morning yoga and breakfast. Traditional cooking class with a local chef (lunch included). Evening salsa dancing lesson with a professional instructor. Dinner at your choice of recommended restaurants.

Day 4 - Tuesday:

Early breakfast. Begin Acatenango Volcano trek (3,976m). Professional guides, all meals, and camping equipment provided.

Day 5 - Wednesday:

Summit climb for sunrise views of an active Volcano. Hot breakfast at camp. Complete descent. Private shuttle to Lake Atitlan (2.5 hr drive). Group dinner at lakeside restaurant.

Day 6 - Thursday:

Lakeside yoga session. Full breakfast. Free time for swimming in crystal-clear waters. Optional kayak or paddleboard rentals available. Choose from various waterfront restaurants for meals.

Day 7 - Friday:

Morning yoga and breakfast. Full-day lake tour visiting San Juan La Laguna artisan workshops. A traditional group lunch is included, followed by a final group dinner celebration.

Day 8 - Saturday:

Breakfast at the hotel. Direct shuttle service to Guatemala City Airport.

What’s Included

This 7-night Guatemala trip includes hotels in Antigua and Lake Atitlán, as well as one night of camping on Acatenango Volcano. Package includes daily breakfast, two group dinners, lunch during the volcano trek, and a cooking class. Activities include yoga at Lake Atitlán, artisan workshops, and an overnight Acatenango Volcano trek with guides and camping gear.

The trip includes visits to a coffee plantation, tours of Antigua, and visits to Lake Atitlán villages. Transportation provided: airport transfers, ground transport between locations, and Lake Atitlán water taxis (international flights not included). English-speaking guides share information about Guatemala throughout the trip. The schedule includes both group activities and free time.

Cancellation Policy​

If another person books your spot from the waiting list when the trip is sold out, you'll receive a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. However, if the trip is not sold out and has no waiting list, your deposit will be forfeited as the cancellation fee. ​​​
