Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds We understand that life happens. However, once a trip is booked, our guides commit their time and resources to you. To respect their livelihood and our ability to operate, we follow this schedule: 31+ Days Notice: Eligible for a full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) or a one-time transfer to a future date/trip. 15–30 Days Notice: Your 50% deposit is non-refundable, but any additional balance paid will be refunded. 14 Days or Less: No refunds or transfers can be issued. At this stage, costs are fully committed to gear, permits, and guide compensation. Weather & Safety Nature is unpredictable, and that’s part of the adventure. We operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by our lead guides (e.g., extreme lightning, high-wind warnings, or wildfire smoke). If we cancel a trip due to safety concerns, you will receive the option of a full refund or a full credit toward a future adventure. Guide decisions regarding safety during an activity are final and must be followed by all participants. Arrival & Punctuality Out of respect for the group’s experience, we cannot hold the start of a trip for more than 15 minutes. If you arrive late and the group has already departed, it will be considered a "no-show" and is not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Tip: If you’re running behind, please call us immediately so we can see if there’s a safe way for you to catch up. Participant Expectations Fitness & Gear: Please review the "Intensity Level" and gear list provided in your confirmation email. If you have concerns about the pace or equipment, reach out! We are here to support you, not judge you. Health & Safety: You’ll be asked to complete a brief medical/emergency contact form. Please be honest about allergies or physical needs so we can prepare accordingly.
